Awaiting a response to the brown color sent after black was approved. Three peices were missing from the order that took 2 months to ship. 2 of 3 sent after notice. Payment was collected upfront. I'm confused as to how so many elements of a single order can be disappointing and wrong. If I could get responses the review may not be needed however it is my only recourse when my other inquiries have returned nothing. Unfortunate.
